OptOutAI – Account & Data Deletion
How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your OptOutAI account at any time from within the app:
- Open OptOutAI app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm Delete
Once confirmed, deletion is permanent.
What happens when you delete your account
When you delete your account, OptOutAI permanently deletes the data associated with your account, including:
- Account details (such as name and email address)
- Login credentials (if you created an account with email and password)
- Any saved preferences or in-app status information, including opt-out statuses/selections
- Any other data stored and linked to your account
After deletion, if you sign up or sign in again (including with the same email or Google account), a new account will be created and previous data will not be restored.
Data we don't store (session-only data)
OptOutAI may use information you enter (for example, full name, address, telephone number and similar details) to help you complete opt-out requests during an active session. This session-only information is not stored by OptOutAI after your session ends.
Processing time
Account deletion begins immediately after you confirm deletion in the app. In some cases, deletion may take a short time to fully propagate across our systems.
